You'll find all our terms and conditions, including booking fee, cancellations, pricing, and salon policies to ensure the best care for your pup.

Prices are based on client’s individual animal.

50% booking fee paid at the time of booking - This will rollover to the next groom therefore only paid once.

Cancellation – Should you be unable to keep the scheduled groom appointment please notify Eden Beau by mobile or email with at least 24 hours’ notice, Monday to Saturday.

No shows within 24 hours of appointment will be charged at full booking fee.

Please note Eden Beau is a small business and therefore cannot book another appointment if a client fails to attend at such short notice.

Parasites – Should any parasites be found whilst completing a handover health check and or whilst grooming, the owner will be advised by mobile phone. A medicated shampoo will be used and charged at £10 on collection. Fortunately rare but, to prevent parasite cross contamination the salon must be sanitized with a deep clean following the groom.

Matting – On the unfortunate occasion a pup is severely matted it may be necessary to shave the dogs coat off. Matting causes restricted blood flow, discomfort, pain and skin issues. This takes additional groom time and care for your pup to ensure it is done as pain free as possible.

A cost will be incurred if this is necessary. A de-matting shave is a last resort and is purely for the dog’s wellbeing.

Payment – Cash or Card

Important: All clients are asked to read and accept our Grooming Terms of Service prior to their appointment.

Here at Eden Beau, I only groom fit health dogs and small animals. Grooming sick or very elderly dogs is entirely at the owner’s risk should a special request be considered. This sensitive discussion will be made prior to any confirmed appointment booking.

Eden Beau retains the right to stop grooming at any point if the animal demonstrates distress whilst being groomed.

Please ensure your dogs are up to date with vaccinations. Unvaccinated dogs are potentially at risk as are other dogs.

Owners can be reassured that a full public liability insurance certificate and a canine first aid qualification is held at Eden Beau Dog Grooming Boutique. Trust and care are given throughout the appointment and clients accept that their small animal is accepted into the salon at their own risk.

The animal’s welfare is paramount therefore in the unlikely event of injury or sickness, a Vet may be called. Unless Eden Beau is proven to be responsible for the situation the owner will be liable for any costs incurred.

A roll over Booking Fee will be made at the initial grooming appointment and will remain on the clients account unless,an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice period.

Payments may be made by cash or card only and on collection of your dog, cat or rabbit. Payment guides are on the website and via mobile call. Please remember these are estimates until the animal is presented on the day.

Matting Shave Off
This is for animal welfare reasons and due to restricted blood flow under the skin. It is distressing for the animal and the groomer and must be done slowly and carefully as the blade must go very close to the skin.

Eden Beau reserves the right to report severe neglect to the governing authorities.

Should you have any concerns following your dog’s groom please contact me within 24 hours in order to rectify the situation.
Eden Beau reserves the right to take and use any photos of your pet and share on our digital media platforms.

Eden Beau reserves the right to refuse any animal that presents a risk of injury to itself or the groomer.
